1, Move their account to the "No MFA Temp" OU (The HelpDesk team should have permission to move but please let me know if anyone has issues)
2. Instruct the staff person to enroll in MFA asap and please let them know that if they don't enroll in 24 hours they will be locked out again.
3. If you help the staff person get enrolled immediately please move the account back to the LBCC Staff OU
If they opt to do it later, check in 24 hours and see if they've enabled the account. If they haven't, please contact them to confirm when they will do it. If they are wishy washy about it, please let Craig and I know and we will contact their supervisor to assist us with getting this person in compliance.
