When and how to contact the company:

For service - first please put in a ticket to staff.helpdesk@linnbenton.edu for problems with printers or copiers.  Our staff can determine if it is a small issue that we can handle easily, or if we need to put in a ticket to Kelley.

For supplies - most toners are on autoship, they’re being monitored and will be sent and charged for when they are at 20% capacity.  If you need toner, please email the kelley email on the printer, with the Kelley ID and ask them if there is a toner on the way or if you should put in an order.
