LAPS Info and Troubleshooting

Look-up pcsupport password in LAPS tab in ADUC and take w/ you to machine
If out and about - call helpdesk and have whoever answers get you the info and read to you or send in chat 
If NO LAPS TAB - make sure the computer is in the correct ADUC container
If NO INFO IN LAPS TAB 
- something is wrong, possibly  no pcsupport account - rectify by adding one
- Run gpupdate/reboot - make sure the gpo is applied
- Make sure the OS is up to 22h2 - it won't work if not - check windows update

If machine is off the domain or no network - the pcsupport password should be the last one in LAPS or the default 
Eventually we will get the mobile app going and you will be able to do this from your phone
